·        DPI goes on the open commodities market and purchases electric power.

·        That bulk purchase allows DPI to mark up that wholesale buy to a retail price point and resell that power to any residential electric consumer.

·        DPI typically offers a flat rate introductory price based on competitive retail market conditions for the First Month of Service.

·        Once the Customer signs up and pays for Service, DPI receives a 12 month history of electric usage for that meter at that specific service address and bases the Customers next bill and subsequent monthly billings on last years usage for that same month at the current rate per kilowatt hour that DPI is charging based on their wholesale buy.

·        The DPI Rate per Kilowatt hour is extremely competitive in the retail electric market.
